Payment Policy

Payment is due before the time of your scheduled appointment for each service unless otherwise specified. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Services cannot be rendered without full payment for services. 

Forms of Payment Accepted

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted. Approved insurance providers are accepted but must be authorized prior to beginning treatment or self pay must be made.

Discounts

Six or more prepaid mental health consulting sessions and/or financial social work sessions come with a complimentary journal tool and a 10% discount.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, you will still be responsible for paying 100% of the fee for your scheduled service and the session will still end at the allotted time. Failure to make payment may result in cancelling upcoming appointments unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy 

Canceling your appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours in advance notice. If cancellation within this time frame does not occur, you will be required to pay 100% of the agreed upon service fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of therapy services.
