Therapy sessions go beyond traditional talk therapy to include mental, physical, spiritual, financial, personal aspects of an individual’s life.
Physical Wellness
Clients are supported in advocating for their physical and medical health. They are encouraged to make healthy lifestyle choices and informed changes to improve their overall well-being. Additionally, we offer clients general education on exercise and it’s positive effects on both their emotional and physical health.
Financial Wellness Services
We offer financial awareness and financial wellness plans to help clients learn healthy ways to cope with financial stress and the impact it has on their overall well being.
Self Care
Clients receive education and guidance on healthy ways to love themselves and promote a healthy emotional wellbeing.
Integrated Wellness Planning
Clients may request individualized wellness plans that incorporate self-care, physical health, mental health, spiritual health, boundaries, coping tools, and daily structure for their lives.
Spiritual Wellness
Clients receive support in connecting to their personal beliefs, faith and or spirituality to help promote tranquility and peace within.
Personal Wellness/Growth & Development Clients receive life coaching-style support focused on purpose, desired professional and personal goals, confidence, and healthy ways to deal with life transitions.
Community Building
We teach and encourage our clients to create, strengthen, and connect with other individuals within the community that have shared interests, backgrounds etc. Community helps to foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and value.
