With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and six years in clinical practice, Remisha combines compassion, expertise, and cultural awareness to help clients feel safe, seen, and supported.

She acknowledges that healing encompasses more than just emotional health—elements such as financial difficulties, physical challenges, cultural pressures, limited community connections, and generational trauma often sit at the heart of an individual's pain. This understanding inspired the creation of Positive Thoughts, a space designed to provide healing and transformation, particularly for African Americans and other underserved communities, so they can experience complete wholeness and growth.
